Our 2 and 3 bedroom town homes consist of the following;
- 2 bedroom units average = 1,100 SF
- 3 bedroom units average = 1,200 SF
Amenities: All the apartments have good amenities, including two-car garages, washer/dryer hookups, fireplace and balconies.
As apartments turn over, all apartments are refurbished to include granite counter tops, accent lighting, new paint and carpet.
Floor Cover: Carpet and Tile
Bathroom Type/Number: full bathrooms that include a shower, toilet and sink, for a total of two bathrooms per unit.
Heating/Cooling: Gas Forced Air
Landscaping: Include native grasses, trees, shrubs and river rock landscaping beds.
Flood Zone: The Town homes are not located in a flood hazard area.
Utilities: The units are individually metered for electricity and natural gas, and each building is master-metered for water/sewer.
Rental rates include water/sewer and trash services. Electric and gas utilities, cable, internet and telephone are paid directly by each tenant.
